      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and develop a staffing model for growth

      - Develop cost-effective recruitment strategies based on departmental goals
      - Ensure compliance with affirmative action reporting during the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Must possess a valid State Driver's License
      - Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
      - Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to think strategically and execute results

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in social media and marketing
      - Advanced social media skills with both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
      - Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization’s growth
