- Utilize company recruitment tools (internal ATS/database, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) to proactively source and identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct outreach and initial engagement (messages, sales calls) to generate interest and assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for designated hard-to-fill roles (e.g., Tax Supervisors, SCADA Engineers, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with full-cycle recruiters to align sourcing strategies with hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights to the recruiting team.
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience sourcing for technical and/or niche roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and other advanced sourcing methods.

Client is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support recruiting team in identifying and engaging top talent for our most critical and hard-to-fill roles for 4-6 months. This role will focus on sourcing candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and platforms, including our internal database, Indeed, and LinkedIn. The Sourcer will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, while full-cycle recruiters remain the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates.
