      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the candidate journey by collaborating with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
      - Source candidates through proprietary databases, job boards, and community organizations
      - Define job specifications and qualifications for open positions
      - Review resumes to identify suitable candidates and communicate job expectations
      - Conduct behavior-based pre-screen interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or Human Resources
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Good interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with recruitment in a retail merchandising or related industry
      - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and job fit
