      Overview

      ZeniMax Media and Bethesda Softworks is seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong candidate sourcing skills to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will involve the overall sourcing of talent with ZeniMax Media’s corporate groups including, but not limited to; Business Intelligence, Enterprise IT, SaaS, Platform and Marketing – with additional opportunities to work with our game development teams.

      Responsibilities

      • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
      • Continually source and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active and on-going relationship management
      • Contribute to full-cycle recruitment as needed
      • Present and qualify passive candidates to the HR team and hiring managers and ensure we are providing a positive candidate experience
      • Maintain a presence on social media and other outlets for recruiting communication
      • Manage candidate activity through the ATS-system and maintain data integrity
      • Represent ZeniMax Media at recruiting events as needed
      • Assist in identifying best practices & recruitment processes improvement

      Qualifications

      • Excellent research and sourcing skills to find and connect with game industry candidates
      • The ability to manage through change and work independently
      • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment
      • Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn
      • Track record of building pipelines and talent communities in fast paced company

      Salary Range

      Recruiter - The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000 - $125,000 per year.

      ZeniMax has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

      At ZeniMax certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit increases and discretionary bonuses. These awards are allocated based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.
