What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source and sell opportunities to candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Partner with local operations and human resources teams to support interviews and hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, including candidate documentation and data records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Experience in healthcare preferred
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis

- Background in community engagement and relationship building
