What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Source and promote job opportunities through various channels, including social media and networking events
- Screen and coordinate interview processes with department managers to ensure alignment with job requirements
- Partner with local operations and HR teams to support hiring needs and interviews
- Build effective relationships with schools and community organizations to generate applicants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Active presence on LinkedIn and experience with ATS systems
- Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Ability to travel for recruiting events and job fairs
