      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with operations to understand staffing needs and develop relationships with outside organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
      - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
      - Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to adapt and support the organization’s growth with a strong work ethic
      - Comfortable speaking in front of groups and conducting presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist experience
      - Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
      - Strong networking ability and resourcefulness in recruitment efforts
      - Energetic and magnetic personality to engage potential candidates
      - Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates effectively
