What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with operations to assess and fulfill staffing needs effectively
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies across various platforms
- Attend recruiting events and job fairs to attract potential candidates
- Conduct presentations to educate candidates about employment opportunities and company culture
- Maintain communication with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two years of experience in recruitment/selection and familiarity with employment law practices
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and support organizational growth
- Competency in strategic thinking and executing results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist experience
- Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting
- Strong interviewing and networking abilities
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Resourceful and possesses sales skills
