Partner and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to assess talent needs and advise on sourcing strategies
Identify, source, and engage candidates through creative and innovative sourcing techniques
Pre-screen candidates to determine the appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Assist in the development of ASU Enterprise Partners’ overall sourcing strategy
Provide recommendations on all recruitment marketing strategies
Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience by maintaining ongoing communication with potential candidates
Advance talent pipeline strategies that ensure future talent needs are met, and a continuous flow of candidates is established via relational recruitment tactics and proactive recruiting sourcing
Develop weekly reports to measure effectiveness and efficiencies
Develop and manage key performance indicators to measure program results and demonstrate program effectiveness and outcomes
Participate in special projects related to talent management
Other duties as assigned
Expert level knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
Understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
Responsiveness, with the ability to resolve time-sensitive and highly confidential matters with a degree of urgency and tact
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office tools and HR-based applications
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines, work schedule expectations and manage time effectively
Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with employees and candidates at all levels
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field; or a combination of education and experience commensurate of such
1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience with Workday ATS
Prior experience in corporate recruiting supporting exempt-level positions

ASU Enterprise Partners is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to lead and support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and engaging top candidates to guiding hiring teams through selection. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategies, delivering a seamless candidate experience, and building diverse, high-performing teams that align with our mission. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding the right talent to drive meaningful impact.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $72,000.
