- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Contact candidates via text, email, and phone.
- Utilize recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Occasionally attend job fairs in the South New Jersey area.
- Create and manage job postings.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Ensure high attention to detail in all aspects of recruitment.
- Demonstrate proficiency with computer applications and tools.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using computer systems and various recruitment platforms.
- Prior experience in recruitment or human resources in long-term care is preferred.
- Ability to occasionally travel to job fairs in the South New Jersey area.
