What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and develop a staffing model
- Build effective relationships with schools and feeder organizations to generate applicants
- Travel to relevant corporate or recruiting events, including schools and job fairs
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action reporting throughout the recruitment process
- Advertise and promote open positions using social media and marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of experience in recruitment/selection and related employment law practices
- Possess a valid State Driver's License
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in social media and marketing
- Advanced social media skills with both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to support organizational growth
