Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Source candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.

Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure timely communication with candidates.

Facilitate the interview process and provide guidance to both candidates and hiring teams.

Coordinate and attend job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and hiring trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting for IT and manufacturing positions is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
