- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website, etc.).
- Source candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in security industry.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using ATS and other recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Reliable means of communication and transportation.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to effectively speak, read and write English.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions across the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for building diverse teams. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and experience in conducting interviews are preferred.
