- Establishes recruiting strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for assigned positions.
- Leverages varied recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media) and strategies (creative marketing, diversity outlets, recruiting events) to develop candidate pipeline and market UPH opportunities.
- Facilitates position intake meetings with hiring leaders to confirm/calibrate position requirements and develop recruiting strategy.
- Responsible for on-going process improvements in recruitment, onboarding, employment, and diversity.
- Participates in community outreach as a representative of UnityPoint Health in the way of mock interviewing, resumes writing seminars, junior and high school presentations,
- Builds relationships and partnerships with talent acquisition team members system-wide to share in strategy and best practices.
- Develops, participates and drives projects and initiatives both within region and across the system to provide exposure, career growth, visibility, and opportunities to team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Equivalent of Associates Degree with 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiter experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience.
- 1 year of experience conducting sourcing or passive candidate recruitment activities.
- Writes, reads, comprehends and speaks fluent English.
- Basic computer knowledge using word processing, spreadsheet, email, and web browser.
- Multicultural sensitivity.
- Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions.
- Advanced reading, writing and oral skills.
- Ability to utilize PC including, basic elements of Windows environment, keyboarding, work with mouse, and perform basic computer tasks with instruction.
- Preferred:
- Proficient in Lawson HRIS Systems.
- Proficient in ICIMS Recruitment Software.
Overview

In this role, you'll provide full-cycle recruitment to our clinics. Main responsibilities include sourcing candidates, phone interviews and salary negotiations.
Location: Hybrid- able to work remote/work from home some of the time. Must reside within the UPH geographies of Iowa, Illinois, & Wisconsin.
Travel: Some travel clinics/colleges required.
