      Location: Williston, VT - Onsite
      Pay Rate: $40.20/hr

      Duration: 7 months
      Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Manage full-cycle recruiting for all levels of roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.

      • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create effective sourcing strategies, and support hiring decisions.

      • Source candidates through diverse and creative channels, including job boards, professional networks, community resources, and internal platforms.

      • Post job openings to internal and external platforms, including the company’s Automated Employment (AE) system.

      • Screen and evaluate resumes to determine candidate fit based on position requirements.

      • Conduct interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) and provide hiring recommendations.

      • Ensure accurate tracking of requisitions, candidates, and hiring data using recruitment systems and tools.

      • Support and monitor Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) compliance in all hiring and selection practices.

      • Develop and maintain talent pipelines and community partnerships to attract a diverse candidate pool.

      • Travel locally as required to attend recruiting events, job fairs, or visit company facilities.

      Requirements

      Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

      Experience:

      • Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience required.

      • Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices.

      • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.

      • Proven ability to independently manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

      • Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Automated Employment (AE).

      • Ability to travel locally in a personal vehicle as needed for recruitment activities.
