What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Ensure a positive experience for applicants throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with HR and Onboarding to improve efficiencies in the candidate workflow process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess work authorization as a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Experience in recruiting or coordination within a staffing environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience using applicant tracking systems
- Familiarity with candidate assessment processes
- Background in HR or recruiting within diverse industries
- Experience in a remote work environment
