What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively recruit new students by attending job fairs and engaging with the community
- Create recruitment folders for prospective students and assist in determining eligibility
- Establish supportive and mentoring relationships with students during their tenure
- Oversee, develop, monitor, and update student transition plans for successful outcomes
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or a closely related field; or an Associate’s degree with two years of related experience in youth programs
- Valid in-State Driver’s License and must meet company insurability requirements

- Previous sales or recruiting experience
