      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for respondents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
      - Maintain knowledge of active research projects and ensure respondents meet qualification requirements
      - Handle inbound communications via phone and digital channels, providing exceptional customer service
      - Conduct outbound calls to assist in filling taste tests and manage respondent databases
      - Meet monthly performance metrics related to phone and digital interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED equivalent required
      - Strong comfort with various digital communication channels (Live Chat, SMS, Email, Social Media)
      - Effective phone handling and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Reliable, proactive, and collaborative work ethic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Some exposure to SalesForce or other CRM systems
      - Experience with phone software or customer service platforms
