What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for Tasteocracy Respondents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage inbound communication and direct respondents towards priority research studies
- Ensure respondents meet qualification requirements before scheduling participation in tests
- Proactively update respondent information and assist with database cleaning processes
- Meet monthly metrics for phone and digital interactions, ensuring high-quality customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Comfortable using digital communication channels (Live Chat, SMS, Email, Social Media)
- Proficient in phone handling with strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills necessary for effective customer interaction
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience with phone software or customer service platforms
- Familiarity with handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a role involving customer care or recruiting
