What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain alignment in hiring processes
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates for alignment with role requirements and company culture
- Assist in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing methods
- Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and connected to the company’s mission and values
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for managing and sourcing candidates
- Proven experience recruiting for entry- and junior-level roles
- Experience working directly with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recruiting coordination and talent acquisition within a technology company
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
- Ability to analyze data insights to improve recruiting and onboarding processes
- Experience in developing initiatives that promote company culture and employee engagement
