Penske Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and support our recruiting department in Arizona.

The Recruiting Coordinator will support the assigned market by supporting the efforts to staff area dealerships with qualified new employees promoting the success of the dealership and organization. Responsibilities include proactive candidate sourcing, resume review, conducting initial phone interviews, attending and organizing career fairs, providing on-site ATS support, and other administrative tasks as required.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and 1 to 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. HRIS acumen with a track record of understanding/utilizing an ATS system, preferably ADP Recruiting Management. The ability to work effectively autonomously, with little oversight.Preferred Education and Experience
