What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to track and support candidates through the recruitment process
- Build strong relationships with team members and hiring managers to facilitate smooth recruitment
- Analyze and report on recruiting pipeline metrics to hiring managers and the broader company
- Assist with sourcing activities and conduct reference checks for late-stage candidates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Greenhouse ATS
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of execution and follow-through
- Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt ideas for improvement
