Job Description

- 1-3 years experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or related role
- 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably with an HR, Talent Acquisition team or scheduling heavy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve and execute solutions in a timely manner
- Experience working in Greenhouse and Google Suite
- Experience working in a high volume environment
- Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
- Ability to shift tasks and priorities based on hiring priorities and business needs
- Creative and process-driven, someone constantly constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently

About the Role
Instacart's mission is to create a world where everyone has access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together — and our recruiting team is responsible for filling the seats at our table. Our Recruiting team is comprised of Recruiting Coordinators, Sourcers, Recruiters, Enablement and People Leaders. You will support a number of recruiters and own many pieces of operations when it comes to the candidates process. Your attention to detail will help candidates feel informed, welcomed, and energized by their recruitment experience at Instacart.
About the Job
Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews in partnership with recruiters and sourcers Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process Create a great candidate experience - ensuring candidate interviews are seamless, educating them on Instacart, and representing the company with integrity, poise and professionalism Partner with Recruiters, Sourcers, Executive Assistants, Interviewers to ensure a great candidate experience Partner with the larger Recruiting team on projects to elevate candidate experience and push projects across the finish line Help track candidate progress from initial contact through offer Coordinate and schedule airfare, hotel, and transportation for candidates who visit our offices from remote locations Will potentially require in-office support up to 2x per month
