What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and scheduling interviews
- Review applications to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations for advancement
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, such as identification and certifications
- Assist with new employee orientation and related clerical tasks, including I-9 documentation
- Act as a liaison for pre-employment processes and coordinate recruitment efforts with managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices, as well as personnel policies
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Workday system
- Experience working with teams across multiple locations
- Strong organizational skills and knowledge of business office operations
