  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job requisitions and scheduling interviews
  - Review applications to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations for advancement
  - Collect necessary documentation from applicants, such as proof of employment and certifications
  - Assist in the orientation of new employees and manage related clerical tasks
  - Act as a liaison for pre-employment processes and coordinate recruitment efforts with various stakeholders
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or GED
  - Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and selection processes
  - Knowledge of employment law, personnel policies, and procedures
  - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an emphasis on confidentiality
  - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally iCIMS, and heavy scheduling in Outlook
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with the Workday system
  - Experience working with teams across multiple locations
  - Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical tasks
