Job Description

- Manage Interview Schedules: Coordinate virtual and onsite interview schedules, collaborating with recruiters and executive assistants (EAs) to manage logistics, including travel and room bookings.
- Prepare Interview Itineraries: Create and send detailed itineraries to candidates and interviewers, ensuring clarity on all scheduling and expectations.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to person for candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Problem Solving: Address any last-minute issues and collaborate with recruiters to resolve logistical challenges quickly.
- Job Postings: Review job descriptions and post job openings on the Career site in a timely manner.
- Specialty Job Boards: Post positions to specialty job boards and manage associated invoices.
- Facilitate new hire documentation and onboarding process including monitoring background checks. Partner with HR Coordinator to ensure smooth candidate orientation.
- Provide Reports: Assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed.
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or recruitment coordination role.
- Experience in talent acquisition or HR operations is a plus.
- Must reside in the DFW area and be available to work onsite two days per week (Tuesday/Wednesday).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems (experience with Oracle is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a genuine interest in building relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing, social media job postings, or managing career pages

Job Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide essential administrative and logistical support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. In this role, you will support the overall hiring process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating onsite candidate experiences, posting job openings, and ensuring the timely completion of all required documentation and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring an efficient and positive hiring process.

Salary Range: $61,000 - $67,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
