What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administration and process support to the TA team throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews, travel logistics, and onboarding schedules for candidates
- Support data entry and ensure accuracy across all systems
- Coordinate with hiring managers for seamless onboarding of new hires
- Post open positions and engage promising candidates through various channels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years' experience in a recruiting environment
- Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SharePoint, applicant tracking systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills
