What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage job posting and advertising processes on various job boards
- Source, schedule, and conduct initial interviews; coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to implement efficient recruiting methods
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Provide analytical recruiting reports to Global Talent Strategist
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year in talent acquisition and/or human resources support position
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems, working knowledge of ADP Vantage and Recruitment Manager (RM) preferred
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
