What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
- Review applicant information to assess suitability for employment and advance candidates through the hiring pipeline
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, such as identification and certifications
- Assist in the orientation process for new employees, including clerical tasks related to hiring
- Act as a liaison for pre-employment processes and coordinate recruitment efforts with management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and selection, including knowledge of employment law
- Understanding of organizational structure and personnel policies, as well as federal and state employment laws
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing while maintaining confidentiality
- Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) applications, ideally iCIMS, and heavy scheduling within Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Workday system
- Experience working with teams across multiple locations
- Knowledge of business office operations and clerical tasks
