      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
      - Review applications to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations for advancement
      - Collect necessary documentation from applicants, such as identification and certifications
      - Assist in the onboarding process of new employees, including clerical tasks related to new hire paperwork
      - Liaise with various agencies and coordinate recruitment efforts with HR partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment/selection and employment law application
      - Knowledge of personnel policies and federal/state employment laws
      - Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an emphasis on confidentiality
      - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally iCIMS, and scheduling within Outlook shared calendars

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Workday system
      - Experience working with teams across multiple locations
      - Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical processes
