What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job requisitions and coordinating interviews
- Evaluate applicant information to determine suitability for employment and provide recommendations
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
- Assist in onboarding new employees and completing related clerical tasks
- Serve as a liaison for pre-employment processes and recruitment efforts with various agencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Knowledge of employment law and personnel policies
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably iCIMS
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the Workday system
- Experience working with teams across multiple locations
- Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical duties
