What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job requisitions and scheduling interviews
- Review applications to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations for advancing candidates
- Collect necessary documentation from applicants, including identification and certifications
- Assist in new employee orientations and manage related clerical tasks
- Act as a liaison for the pre-employment and new hire processes with relevant departments and agencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, selection, and employment law application
- Basic understanding of organizational structure and knowledge of personnel policies and federal/state employment laws
- Effective oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally iCIMS, and heavy scheduling in Outlook shared calendars
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Workday system
- Experience working with teams across multiple counties
- Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical tasks
