  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage full cycle recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
  - Review applications to assess candidate suitability and advance candidates through the recruitment pipeline
  - Collect necessary documentation from applicants, such as identification and certifications
  - Assist in the orientation of new employees and manage related clerical tasks
  - Act as a liaison for pre-employment and new hire processes with various agencies
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or GED
  - Minimum of three years of experience in recruitment, staffing models, and employment law application
  - Basic understanding of organizational structure and extensive knowledge of personnel policies and federal/state employment laws
  - Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  - Experience with ATS applications, ideally iCIMS, and heavy scheduling within Outlook
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with Workday system
  - Experience working with teams located in multiple counties
  - Knowledge of business office operations and administrative clerical functions
