About The Role

Sigma Computing is growing, and we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be an integral part of recruiting outstanding talent by ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish. You will partner with our Recruiting team, hiring managers, and others to coordinate interviews, build relationships with candidates, and contribute to projects around employer branding, candidate experience, and process improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

1. Coordinate a high volume of phone, Zoom, and onsite interviews efficiently.
2. Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, hiring partners, and cross-functional groups to ensure a high-touch, positive interview experience.
3. Communicate professionally while maintaining confidentiality internally and externally.
4. Participate in projects to improve recruiting processes impacting the company.
5. Greet and assist candidates onsite for interviews.
6. Lead by example as a brand ambassador.

1. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
2. Experienced with GoodTime interview scheduler.
3. Proactive and resourceful across all stages of hiring and scheduling.
4. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, capable of resolving last-minute issues calmly.
5. Candidate-centric attitude with a drive to deliver outstanding candidate experiences.
6. Proven ability to build productive relationships with internal and external clients.

You Might Also Have

1. Experience with Google Workspace applications like Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.

Desirable Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator.

Additional Job Details

The base salary range for this position is $70k - $80k annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience. The total package includes stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
