      Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator


      Job Description

      As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be an integral partner in a fast-paced recruiting organization, working closely with a team of recruiters to manage recruiting activities and build candidate relationships. This role offers an amazing opportunity to broaden your experience and contribute to the development of a top-tier recruiting team.

      Responsibilities

      • Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers.
      • Arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
      • Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, and confirm new hires.
      • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
      • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.
      • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
      • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
      • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

      Essential Skills

      • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or a related field.
      • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Bachelor's degree.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Exceptional customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
      • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
      • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
