      Catalent Pharma Solutions is hiring a full time Recruiting Coordinator (RC). This position is a fully remote and will be supporting several of our US locations across all time zones. This position will closely partner with several internal and external stakeholder including Recruiters, Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Sr. Leadership, our Compensation and Finance as well as scheduling interviews for candidates, coordinating background checks with our vendors all while providing an outstanding candidate experience. Join the HR community at Catalent where we work together to support the recruitment and development of skilled talent for 1 1 manufacturing f acilities across the U.S. The RC is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. The ideal person will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, can frequently shift priorities and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. This position will report directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

      This is an hourly role, Monday – Friday; 8am – 5pm. There is minimal travel involved.

      The Role:

      • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team by scheduling candidate interviews, generating and sending offer letters to candidates and onboarding activities
      • Work closely with candidates, hiring managers and Human Resources in coordinating onsite and offsite interview planning, coordination and execution
      • Coordination of candidate travel, as needed
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive assistants and administrative professionals
      • Record invoices, employee and candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the department
      • Work closely with background check vendor to push completion of background checks or to mitigate any issues
      • Prepare and attend weekly update calls with Human Resources to discuss candidate issues and confirm start dates
      • Timely completion of job jackets
      • Work with the Training Department to assist in New Hire Orientation
      • Participate in projects as needed
      • Adherence to all OFCCP compliance guidelines as required
      • All other duties as assigned

      The Candidate:

      • Requires a High School Diploma, strongly prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or equivalent with an interest in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
      • Must have superior time management, organization and prioritization skills
      • Strong attention to detail is required
      • This position is remote so the candidate must be a self starter, be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
      • Comfortable presenting on calls to the HR and TA team
      • Flexibility and adaptability to change is required
      • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
      • Experience in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) strongly preferred but not required
