What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas
- Coordinate TA training sessions and seminars
- Assist with the recruitment process by initiating and monitoring background checks and drug screenings
- Handle last-minute scheduling changes
- Coordinate candidate travel
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent AND 1-2 years of experience as an HR administrator or Coordinator
- Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Highly computer literate
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of HR processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
