What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform various administrative functions for the CSS Capacity Management team using Employee Central, iCIMS, and proprietary hiring tools
- Monitor and respond to emails sent to the team professionally and in a timely manner
- Occasionally create PowerPoint presentations for team meetings
- Maintain frequent contact with all levels of management and external business partners in Global Recruiting
- Complete special projects as assigned by the team or management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 6 months of Employee Central experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience with iCIMS
- Minimum 2 years of experience automating Outlook
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for team meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with additional recruitment tools or software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
