What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process
- Serve as systems administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements
- Manage ATS data entry and maintain accurate candidate information and job description library
- Facilitate candidate communication, providing regular updates throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a cohesive candidate experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience working in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or a related field is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous Federal Consulting Experience
- Experience in recruitment coordination or a related administrative role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
