- u200ESchedule attorney interviews and lunches.
- u200Eu200EAssist with the planning and implementation of training and other programs.
- u200EReserve conference rooms, order meals, create and distribute e-mail and other u200Einvitations; compile and distribute program materials; coordinate program logistics for presentations.
- u200EHelp coordinate and calendar campus and recruiting events.
- Greet candidates for summer associate and lateral interviews.
- Process student and vendor reimbursements.
- Input/organize application data in applicant tracking system (resumes, transcripts, evaluations, letters).
- Update branding and graphics for presentations and events; distribute giveaways.
- Maintain relevant trackers for active candidates and summer associates.
- Draft letters and emails for team.
- u200ECompletion of bacheloru2019s degree preferred.
- Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
- Highly skilled in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Event management skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task under pressure and produce results in u200Ea dynamic and competitive environment
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills.
