- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, emphasizing efficiency and precision in high-volume hiring environments.
- Have a deep understanding of the recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. You should also be familiar with best practices in candidate screening, assessment, and hiring.
- Lead, mentor, & develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve team goals and metrics.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
- Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
- Streamline and optimize recruiting workflows to ensure timely and quality delivery in a fast-paced setting.
- Build relationships and serve as a talent expert to business stakeholders.
- Be seen as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the area you support.
- Identify systems & process improvements continuously.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources, including incidents in a fast-growing environment.
- Experienced manager with a track record of developing and coaching others.
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal, Written, & Presentation).
- Demonstration of time management, decision making, organization, & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of recruiting techniques and employment policies and procedures, including all applicable EEO and ADA regulations.
- Understanding and experience with HRIS software with preferred knowledge of Success Factors or Workday.
- Ability to pull together data and visualize insights and trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work well in a team and as an individual contributor.

The Role:
Within the Vivint Talent Acquisition (VTA) organization, the Manager, Customer Excellence Recruiting will lead a team of 7-9 recruiters to achieve high-volume hiring targets. They will support the culture, high performance, and flawless execution of Talent Acquisition practices through the entire recruiting life cycle. This role will compile and analyze recruiting data and create reports to enable Customer Excellence senior leadership to track performance and make informed business decisions.
They will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, workforce planners, and other business stakeholders, and play a key role in facilitating a smooth and positive recruiting and onboarding experience.
