Manage, develop, and lead a team of recruiters supporting early career hiring for MBA Early Careers including interns and associate positions
Develop and drive innovative, business-specific strategies to attract and recruit high-potential talent into internship programs, analyst programs and associate programs
Consult with early careers leadership team and business stakeholders on strategic initiatives related to the current and future staffing needs of the business and develop the recruiting/sourcing strategies to meet those needs
Design and execute the end-to-end recruiting early career recruiting cycle including, but not limited to, candidate identification, pipelining, assessment, hiring, onboarding, and keep warm
Provide insight and benchmarking data on best practices for your specific business area and/or functional group
Build and maintain relationships with Program Managers, recruiting peers, HR colleagues and business managers
Demonstrate a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workplace and teams
Engage business and functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategies
4+ years of Recruitment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of Leadership experience
3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
Experience in early talent recruitment or early talent program management
2+ years of experience managing and developing recruiting and/or sourcing team
Experience and/or knowledge with Corporate & Investment Banking businesses
Experience successfully developing and implementing sourcing strategies around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
Experience evaluating and presenting metrics that track effectiveness and delivery towards human capital and business strategies
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting techniques, plan development, sourcing methods
Experience consulting, influencing, and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Knowledge and understanding of recruiting ATS systems, Workday preferred
This position will require onsite presence at the location listed below in a hybrid work schedule
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
