This position is responsible for assisting the player evaluation and prospect recruiting effort, both on a day-to-day and long term scale.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruiting & Evaluation
• Aid in the identification, evaluation, and organization of prospective student-athlete film & information as assigned by Director of Player Personnel
• Maintain organization, timeliness, and accuracy of all recruiting boards. Generate and update all tags as necessary.
• Maintain organization and accuracy of JumpForward recruiting database with regard to prospect biographical information, evaluations, assigned grades, and other pertinent intelligence.
• Assist in the creation of coaches’ travel books, aid in the logging of evaluations and contacts at the direction of Personnel Director.
• Cut and prepare prospective student-athlete film for coaches’ use. Execute special film projects as designated by Personnel Director or individual coaches.
Recruiting Operations
• Provide all-purpose logistical support during official and unofficial visits on campus, including campus tours, airport transportation, hotel preparation for official visits, etc.
• Aid in the preparation and execution of game day recruiting functions at stadium, including logistical setup & breakdown, prospect escort, and facilitation of seating arragements.REQUIREMENTS;
A Bachelor’s Degree and two years of related experience. The candidate for this position must have a minimum education of a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of 2 year in college athletics and football specifically.
