As a Recruitment Sourcer/Coordinator at Marquis Companies your responsibilities include:

• Implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates, including development of talent pools through lead identification, engagement, and nurturing.

• Leverage recruitment and sourcing channels, tools, and strategic partnerships to fill vacancies.

• Corresponding with Hiring Manager within the companies to support their hiring needs.

• Contact candidates regarding employment opportunities or their applications.

• Introduce, present, and close qualified talent based on business need and an alignment of values, purpose, total rewards and career aspirations.

• Coordinate and attend career fairs and other Recruitment events as needed.

• May be involved in other project work as needed.

• 1 or more years in recruitment and sourcing talent
• Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
