      HOURLY RANGE: $32.25 - $40.31

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, and RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Partners with Nurse and Medical Recruiters to determine staffing needs and develop short and long-term objectives, goals, and recruitment strategies.
      • Serves as support for recruitment of nursing and medical professional candidates.
      • Coordinates initiatives with recruiting staff to establish and maintain unified recruitment processes.
      • Ensures recruiting plans, strategies, and polices are consistent with established personnel policies and FDIHB, Inc. goals.
      • Develops and maintains professional relations with applicants.
      • Coordinates and participates in all onsite candidate visits.
      • Conducts pre-screenings and evaluates applicant information.
      • Implements established recruitment systems and processes with the support of recruiting department team members.
      • Researches new products, technologies, and systems that may support more effective recruiting processes and provide feedback on research.
      • Researches traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, and community network events.
      • Serves as the subject matter expert for federal and state loan repayment programs for nursing and medical professionals.
      • Utilizes information technology recruiting systems to track and communicate with potential candidates.
      • Assists with developing internal and external advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
      • Follows all established recruiting policies and procedures.
      • Provides recruitment reports as requested.
      • Ensures prospective job candidates are well supported throughout the application and hiring process.
      • Promotes goodwill and a positive image of FDIHB, Inc.
      • Completes all recruiting activities in compliance with established policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
      • Performs other duties as assigned.

      MINIMUM MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

      Experience:

      • One (1) year of direct work experience in general Human Resources and Two (2) years of experience working with executive medical or nursing leadership in a healthcare setting.

      Education:

      • Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

      FDIHB and its facilities are located within the Navajo Nation and, in accordance with Navajo Nation law, has implemented a Navajo/Indian Preference in Employment Policy.
