      Work closely with the talent acquisition/recruitment team, supporting the sourcing of talent for teams and functions across the business. Provides administration support to teams, supporting the end-end talent process.

      You’ll be responsible for:

      • Supports in the posting of advertisements to promote live vacancies across relevant social media and job boards.
      • Monitors and generates reports supporting hiring activity, running through recruitment tools/systems.
      • Assists the team with bespoke campaigns to address Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and referral activity.
      • Provides training to new team members with use of recruitment systems.
      • Obtains data stored outside of recruitment systems to merge into a standard set of reports.
      • Completes candidates right to work checks in the relevant hiring locations.
      • Provides support to the recruitment team when attending recruitment fairs.
      • Provide 1st line support to applicants and managers, responding promptly to queries.
      • Arranging interviews, booking rooms and preparing supporting paperwork and documentation.
      • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

      You’ll need to have:

      • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
      • Experience in administration in recruitment team.
