      As a Recruitment Advisor, youll be a key member of our People team, managing end-to-end recruitment for roles across our UK&Ireland Teams, including call centre, operational and corporate roles. Youll work closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless, engaging, and values-driven recruitment experience that supports our mission.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Working with hiring managers to implement recruitment campaigns across the UK and Ireland business, ensuring timely and effective hiring
      • Write and post engaging job adverts aligned with HealthHeros brand and values
      • Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and support selection processes
      • Maintain compliance with employment legislation and internal governance
      • Champion candidate experience and promote HealthHero as an employer of choice
      • Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and support the development of resourcing plans
      • Support recruitment reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

      What Youll Bring:

      • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within healthcare or a fast-paced environment
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
      • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities with agility
      • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
      • A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for people
      • Good understanding of UK employment law; knowledge of Irish employment practices is advantageous
