- Working with hiring managers to implement recruitment campaigns across the UK and Ireland business, ensuring timely and effective hiring
- Write and post engaging job adverts aligned with HealthHeros brand and values
- Screen applications, coordinate interviews, and support selection processes
- Maintain compliance with employment legislation and internal governance
- Champion candidate experience and promote HealthHero as an employer of choice
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and support the development of resourcing plans
- Support recruitment reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within healthcare or a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities with agility
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for people
- Good understanding of UK employment law; knowledge of Irish employment practices is advantageous
