What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to attract a diverse student body
- Manage the CRM system and coordinate recruitment activities and events
- Evaluate admissions applications and provide recommendations for program improvements
- Create targeted communication materials for prospective graduate students
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance outreach and recruitment efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three years of experience in student or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in standard business software programs (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work both independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in counseling, higher education, business, or a related field
- Experience in student-focused programming within a higher education environment
- Background in marketing, branding, and public relations
- Proficiency in a foreign language
- Experience using CRM and Student Information Systems
