Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Draft and post job advertisements across various job portals and social media.
Support in conducting initial candidate outreach and pre-screening calls.
Help organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, or campus hiring.
Perform administrative tasks to support the recruitment team.
Contribute ideas for improving hiring processes and candidate experience.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Interest in pursuing a career in HR or talent acquisition.
Previous internship or volunteer experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, and basic ATS systems.
Hands-on experience in recruitment processes and tools.
Exposure to various functions of HR and corporate work culture.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle and is a great opportunity to learn about HR and recruitment practices in a dynamic work environment.
