Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Previous experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding (min 6 months).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and a keen eye for design.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Basic knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Marketing and Branding Junior. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting top talent to our organization by implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies and enhancing our employer brand. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating compelling narratives to engage potential candidates.
Your role in our mission:
Content Creation:
- Develop engaging and informative content for various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and the company website, following the Recruitment Branding Specialist guidelines.
- Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to showcase the company culture and values.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and reach potential candidates, adhering to the guidelines set by the Recruitment Branding Specialist.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote job opportunities and highlight our workplace culture.
Employer Branding:
- Work collaboratively with the Global Recruitment Marketing & Branding team to define and promote the employer brand, ensuring consistency in messaging across all touchpoints and in alignment with the guidelines provided by the Recruitment Branding Specialist.
- Conduct research to understand industry trends and competitor positioning to refine our employer branding strategy.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events, job fairs, and other activities to connect with potential candidates, following the event guidelines outlined by the Recruitment Branding Specialist.
- Represent the company at external events to promote our brand and engage with the talent community.
Referral Program and Internal Careers:
- Collaborate with HR to enhance and promote the employee referral program, creating campaigns and incentives to encourage internal referrals.
- Develop content and strategies to highlight internal career growth opportunities, showcasing success stories and career paths within the organization.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Marketing, and Leadership, to align recruitment marketing strategies with overall business objectives, while incorporating the insights and recommendations of the Recruitment Branding Specialist.
- Gather feedback from current employees to continually refine and enhance our employer brand.
Data analysis for all recruitment marketing strategies
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and other talent acquisition strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of branding efforts and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
